CAKE ORDERING STEPS

Note: If you are ordering a simple cake design such as a whipped cream birthday cake, fruit cake, or cupcake tower, feel free to call us or visit us anytime in person! The steps below are for more complicated cakes such as wedding cakes, quinceañeras, or fondant designs.

1. Look through our various galleries of cakes and see if there are any that you like. We can always modify the cake to your liking. If you already know what you want, then great!

2. Complete our cake information form in detail. See link below

3. Schedule a cake consultation appointment to meet with our cake specialist. You MUST complete the cake information form first as this is the one way you will have access to our scheduling page. 

4. Show up to your appointment on time and remember to bring any pictures, ribbons, colors, memorabilia, or anything else you would like incorporated into your cake design.

5. Agree on a cake design with our cake specialist and pay your deposit.

6. Remember to pay your cake in full 2 weeks prior to your event date.

7. Read our "Terms and Conditions" and "Payment and Refunds" policies. These can both be found by clicking the links at the bottom of this page or under the "More" tab above.

8. Take pictures of your cake and leave us a review on Yelp AND our website by clicking the "Feedback" tab under "More" for a $5 coupon you can use on your next cake purchase (must be used within 6 months and cake must have a value of at least $25).
