Brothers Oscar and Jorge Flores opened Don Polvorón in 2006 to share their Mexican heritage and love for baking.  With a combined experience of over 20 years in baking and cake decorating they offered the community a delightful panadería experience.  In 2017, Jorge pursued his passion for cake decorating and completed Le Cordon Blue’s Diplome de Pâtisserie and Baking that allowed him to provide his customers with a wider selection of pastries and cakes.  Now managed by Jorge and his wife, Myrtha, together they have transformed Don Polvorón Bakery to a new and modern concept of a traditional panadería offering panadería, pastelería, and lonchería under the same roof.
