A Sweet Beginning
Brothers Oscar and Jorge Flores opened Don Polvorón in 2006. In 2017, Jorge deepened his passion for cake decorating by completing Le Cordon Bleu’s Diplôme de Pâtisserie and Baking. Today, Don Polvorón Bakery is managed by Jorge and his wife, Myrtha. Together, they have transformed the bakery into a modern panadería featuring:

- Pastelería: Custom cakes, pastries, and desserts
- Lonchería: Savory lunch options
